ROANOKE, VA – Calling all dogs!! Every dog will have its day. Dogs Day Out is a dog-friendly event bringing together canines and their owners on Saturday, October 25, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at Mast General Store in Downtown Roanoke. Costumes are encouraged.
Dogs Day Out will be a fur-rightfully fun night with scary tails and treats for tricks! Mast Store’s sales rep for Ruffwear will also be on hand to help with properly fitting harnesses, collars, and even doggie backpacks, and there will be dog treat sampling and John Brennaman, a caricature artist, to perfectly capture your pup’s personality (noon-2 p.m.).
Other activities will include drawings for door prizes, a costume contest, photo booth, and more. Owners must be on a leash and under control at all times.
