E-Mail Subscriber Appreciation Sweepstakes Round II Official Rules 
(July 27-August 16, 2026) 

No purchase necessary. Making a purchase in no way increases your chance of winning. 

1. Eligibility: The E-Mail Subscriber Appreciation Sweepstakes Round II is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Mast Store and their spouses, children, or those living in the same domicile are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes drawing. Participation in the E-Mail Subscriber Appreciation Sweepstakes Round II constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these official rules. 

2. Sponsor/Promoter: Mast General Store (Highway 194, Valle Crucis, NC 28691). 

3. Timing: The E-Mail Subscriber Appreciation Sweepstakes Round II shall begin at 8:00 a.m. (ET) on July 27, 2026, and shall run until 11:59 p.m. (ET) on August 16, 2026. This is referred to as the Promotion Period. Any entries submitted outside the promotion period will not be considered. 

4. How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, follow the link in your Mast Store e-mail message to the Mast Store website: https://www.mastgeneralstore.live/pages/enter-to-win.   
REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY: 
    1. Each must be a Mast Store e-mail subscriber, 
    2. Enter name, e-mail address, and physical mailing address,  
    3. Click submit. No other requirements! 

Submitting entries via the Mast Store webpage from the link in your e-mail subscription is the ONLY form of valid entry. Failure to include all required information will automatically disqualify an entrant from participation in the drawing. Limit: Only one entry per e-mail subscriber account. If more than one entry is submitted, only the first entry will be considered. Duplicate entries will be discarded and will not increase the odds of winning. Mast General Store reserves the right to contact the entrant. 

By entering this sweepstakes, the participant is agreeing to allow Mast Store to share a photo as winner via any marketing channel maintained by Mast Store. No personal information will be shared except first names and hometown. Illegible or incomplete entries and entries submitted by those individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. Proof of entry via the website does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the scheduling or rules of the sweepstakes at any time without prior notification. 

5. Complete Description of Prize: There will be six (6) prizes given – one (1) grand prize of a $250 Mast Store gift card and five (5) runner-up prizes, which will be $50 Mast Store gift cards.   

6. Restrictions: Void where prohibited. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Gift cards will be mailed via the United States Postal Service to the home addresses of the winners after any/all release forms are completed. NO SUBSTITUTIONS. 

7. Winner: At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, a Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing from all non-duplicate entries submitted with verification that winner meets all entry criteria upon selection on August 19, 2026. If all requirements are not met, another winner will be chosen. After the grand prize winner is selected, subsequent Runner-up prizes will be determined in the same manner. There will be ONE grand prize winner and 5 runner-up winners. The selection is final and binding. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entrants. The winner(s) will be contacted via e-mail message to his/her required Mast Store E-mail subscribed e-mail account on August 20, 2026. Return of e-mail or non-response after 2 days will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected. An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to that social media account by the platform owner/operator. With respect to the winning entry, the winner may be required to provide proof that the winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail account associated with the winning entry. Entrants agree to be bound by Official Rules and agree that if a winner fails to provide proof of identity, refuses to provide required affidavit, is found to have violated Official Rules, or otherwise does not meet the eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing. 

8. More Details: Automated entries are not allowed. Detection of such entries constitutes fraud, and these entries will be voided. Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms in these Official Rules. The decisions made by the Sponsor are final in all matters referring to this Sweepstakes. Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release the Sponsors, Prize Providers and any parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property, which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize. 

9. No Transfers: No transfers, substitutions in prizes, or cash will be allowed except by the Promoter(s), who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The Promoter(s) will not replace lost or stolen tickets, vouchers, certificates, or other prize items once they are in the winner’s possession. 

10. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the E-Mail Subscriber Appreciation Sweepstakes Round II constitutes the winner’s consent to Mast Store’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. Winner will be listed on the Mast Store website at www.mastgeneralstore.live/winners. 

11. Prize Conditions: The winner must comply with all instructions and restrictions listed here or in the prize notification communication, including the completion of an affidavit and liability/publicity release (where required), and return them within two (2) days of the date on the prize notification letter; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.  

12. Taxes: Liability for any applicable taxes associated with prizes will be the sole responsibility of the winner. All expenses not specifically provided for by the Promoter(s) in these rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

13. Lost or Late Entries: Entries that are lost, late, illegible, or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. Mast General Store reserves the right to modify or terminate this contest or to disqualify any entry in the event of technical impairment by computer virus or otherwise. Should early termination occur, a winner will be selected from any eligible entrants garnered before termination. The Mast Store is not responsible for any internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, phone line failure, electrical outages, satellite failure, sabotage, natural disasters, or acts of man or God. 

14. Limitations of Liability: The Mast Store is not responsible for: (1) lost, late, delayed, misdirected, undeliverable, or incomplete entries due to system errors or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunication malfunctions and/or entries; (2) technical failures of any kind; (3) failures of the technology or equipment associated with or used for the sweepstakes; (4) unauthorized human or mechanical intervention in the sweepstakes; (5) technical or human error that may occur during the administration of the sweepstakes or processing the entries; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. If it is determined that an individual’s entry was erroneously deleted, lost, or destroyed, the only remedy is another entry in the sweepstakes. 

15. This Sweepstakes is not Intended for Gambling: If it is determined that an entrant is using the contest for gambling purposes, he or she will be disqualified and reported to the authorities. The Promoter(s) reserves the right to change the rules at any time. This contest is officially presented by Mast General Store. 

16. Privacy Policy and Terms of Use: When you register, no additional personally identifiable information is collected from outside that which is required for entry. Information WILL NOT be shared with any other sponsor, individual, or group as you so indicate by agreeing to the contest rules.  

All results are unofficial until winners respond to notification and complete any needed waivers/affadavits.
